Anyone else get negative comments about having a section?

I get crap about it all the time and I like to remind people that they may of pushed their baby out but try leaning over to change a diaper the first 3 weeks after a section.. its so much more work

Eh..I don't really care what other people say/think.personally yes my csection was easier than my "natural" birth but I know for most women this isn't the case at all and its been a crash section or a life saving op for baby or mum!its not the easier option.i feel a little jeleous of mums who have had an all natural birth that goes smoothly and everyone comes out safely on the other side.i lost 2 liters of blood during my natural delivery.so I had a practically elective ceaser second time around(elective but for medical reasons).

Those views are awful and can quite clearly only come from someone who has never had a c-section! I've never experienced any negative comments fortunately! I don't think i'd b able to bite my tounge xx

I haven't had comments directly its been when my MIL has told people (of a certain age!) I had to have an emergency section "oh she won't feel like a proper mother then!" And "oh she went for the easy option" (yeah i went for the easy option after 19 hours in labour!!!) seem to be the most common comments its cutting when you feel like you've failed at giving birth as well as only expressing milk because I can't breast feed, getting disapproving looks. It's an emotional time as it is without all these people dumping on you!

It's amazing how people know how to make you feel like you're the worst mother in the entire world Seriously I don't get it
