Anyone Else Got a Ana Wiz Doppler?!

i have and i am sure it is just not working right

i put it on and straight away it is picking up a HB from mid air?! before it is even on my body!
THEN i do find the HB but the rate isnt about 130 - BUT i have a Angel SOunds Doppler also - which i love, i mean this one picks up the HB brilliantly. i put the other doppler in exactly th same place as th angel sounds one yet th HB can barely be heard on it.

i read on how to work out the babys HR yourself. so i did it, and what do you know i got HR of 160.

should i send my other doppler back as i am sure it is not working! orrrr do you think it is a doppler that is better to be used when you are later on in pregnancy?

its caused me bloody stress i tell ya!!!

Just going to work it out myself from now on!

angel sound is th best me thinks! i use that one alll th time, found HB at i would say 9 weeks! but gets easier to find th further along u get.

I borrowed the ana wiz Doppler from my friend and it does the same thing!! Said from 10 weeks but I couldn't find baby till 14-15 weeks. X

is it just not as good as some of th others out there then?

i worked th HR out again this morning and it is again 160.

can hear a reallllly faint HB on it but on th Angelsounds its clearly there! loud and strong as can be.
so it confuses me!

just going to use angel sounds til i am further along me thinks

Hi all , Ive hired one and i found i couldnt really pick it up at 10 wks and kept hearing my pulse but i done some research on youtube under 11wks heartbeat and i watched how midwifes do it, you have to tilt it more than have it directly pointing downwards and slowly move it in circluar motions, i was so pleased when i found mine 2 days ago, i found if ive been laying in bed early in the evening i can pick it up or first thing in the morn as i think the babys asleep and not moving about loads, Also having a full bladder helps for some reason and i normally find it when i hear the wind noise or train type its normally around that area,

well i keep having to search for th HB on an evening seems to move alot!!!

from one side to another its weird, is tihs normal?

then i think crikey what if i have two in there and they missed one at the first scan!?

oh well monday will reveal all. but i been looking at scan pic and is one in there!!
