Anyone else on 1st Clomid round?

I had my HSG this month too, last friday actually. Ovulated yesterday, I believe. Waiting for DH SA to come back tomorrow and then we will make a plan of attack for next month. Good SA we will start clomid/progestrone or femara. Low SA IUI and clomid/progestrone or femara. Bad SA then IVF with RE. Highly doubt we need IVF since i have had 3 months with positive hpts.

Does anyone else get really bad menstual type cramps with a mix of ovulation cramps after ovulation on clomid? I'm 2 DPO so way to soon for pregnancy related stuff but I have had cramps since I ovulated 2 days ago.

Well I ended up going to the ER yesterday because the cramps were so bad, based on my ultrasounds I have OHSS. I just hope since I ovulated I'm already pregnant and I don't have to do this anymore.

Minuet your chart is triphasic. Looks amazing. When will you test?

FutureBabyG Thanks It did look pretty good, but temps have nosedived so I'm just waiting for AF now. I also had chart critics saying I didn't actually ovulate until that spike at 5dpo, if that was true we had no chance at a Bfp anyway.
I had tested at 7 and 8 dpo and there was nothing. Definitely out this cycle.

Hi ladies, I hope everyone is doing well...

AFM: on Monday I had bw and got a BFN! I was really disappointed and had to regroup and plan for cycle 2. Yesterday AF arrived and I've noticed my cramps are harsher and flow is heavier.

Has anyone the noticed heavier periods and/ or cramps after a Clomid cycle? I never had to take ibuprofen on cd1, maybe on cd3 and that's once in a while but not cd1. Last night I was bent over with some intense cramps😕. I'm calling RE's office to report day1 and ask if cramps and heavy flow is normal.

Buttercup I'm on CD1 and feel terrible. I have read ladies saying that AF after Clomid was hell. Not looking forward to the next few days.

QUESTIONS: Is anyone on here doing clomid with iui? Anyone taking progesterone after ovulation since they are on the clomid?

I'm right there with you. I had to bring my little heating pad with me to work cause this is intense. I spoke with the nurse, and she confirmed Clomid is known to cause cramping and a heavier flow during AF. I'm not looking forward to the next few days either! Ughh. Im also stressed hoping that my Alpha Thalassemia genetic bw comes back ok. Kind of annoyed they didn't do this in July because if it comes back abnormal I will have to miss this cycle to see a genetic counselor.
