Anyone else on 1st Clomid round?

AFM, Today is cd19 and 4dpo it's been a rough day! I woke up feeling bitchy with a headache, mild cramping, tired and my nips are a little sore (sorry if it's tmi).
Oh And I almost flipped out on a coworker too:) finally my work day is over and I'm glad to be home so I can take it down and relax! 3 more days til bw to see if I really ovulated... So nervous

Fingers crossed for all of us!!❤️💛

Ugh don't you wish we could just take a long vacation from work while on this TTC stuff? It is so stressful and the hormones just ruin the emotions. :(
Sorry you had a rough day. On a positive side your symptoms sound like progesterone side effects to me, which is a good sign that your body is producing progesterone. :)
At one point I was trying progesterone cream to cycle, and it caused fatigue, nausea, sore breasts, irritability, etc etc.

Hey girls. I keep forgetting to check this forum :(
I'm on the TWW page and with all that's going on at home lately I just forget to check this one. .oops!

I'm still waiting for O day. It looks like it'll be CD 15 sometime by this weekend. I'm a little upset by that. Ever since the Clomid last month my O has been pushed back by 2 days thus making my LP under 12 days. Very frustrating as I think the egg doesn't have enough time to burrow in before the next part of the cycle begins.....

That's ok, I'm mostly stuck in other threads as well. You just reminded me to check out the TWW threads - how exciting to finally get to join those!

Hmm. From what I understood, your luteal phase is supposed to stay constant no matter when in your cycle you ovulate. I wonder if something else is making the LP change up? Maybe your doctor has an idea of something to help lengthen it? Or some progesterone to keep your temps up and lining going for a couple more days?

Min..I mentioned that to my OB when we talked about the CD 21 results but she wasn't phased by the change. My cycle has only deviated +/-2 days and even those cycles I still had a normal 14 day LP. I find it very odd that it's now shorter only from 5 days of Clomid.
I dunno.... If it happens again this month, which that's what FF is predicting, I will mention it to her again and see if there's some progesterone cream she can suggest. It couldn't hurt, right?

Guess what day it is?!? That's right, It's pos opk day!!! :yipee:

Fx'd for everyone this cycle!

Yes, and I sure do hope and pray!! :) I've never used the cream or injections; I've only used the suppositories.

Tomorrow will be interesting. I'm so nervous but staying positive!:)

I hope all is well with you!:) fx and lots of baby dust to all✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

This is my first cycle on clomid and I am on CD 17. I haven't ovulated yet but based on my previous cycles I should in the next couple days. I am nervous that it won't work but I'm trying to stay positive.

I'm sure it'll work for you, especially if you already O on your own! Hope you get a positive soon. :)

Well my first round looks like it hasn't worked :( BFN blood test this morning :(
Oh well we'll try again I guess

I got a POS OPK at 10pm on Sunday so I'm going to go ahead and say i'm 1 DPO. I have high hopes that this medication will work or at least I hope, this TTC stuff is just way to much, who would have though it would have taken more than 5 years.

Congrats on the POS OPK! I agree, ttc can be ovewhelming as we've been trying for several years too!

Keeping my fingers crossed for your BFP soon!

Things have been so crazy but I went in for my HSG test. I actually cried on the exam table when the dr showed me where the dye spilled into both tubes. I felt silly but I was so relieved. I start clomid next cycle. CD5-9. Hoping to get our BFP this cycle because I've heard HSG test increases your chances. I can only hope!! I'm really scared of the clomid side effects but I'm willing to do whatever it takes!! Hope you ladies are all doing good. Good luck and baby dust to all.

Does anyone else get really bad menstual type cramps with a mix of ovulation cramps after ovulation on clomid? I'm 2 DPO so way to soon for pregnancy related stuff but I have had cramps since I ovulated 2 days ago.

I also had my HSG done this month and I felt the same way, I didn't cry but man did I want to, it took a minute for the dye to flow from my left side so i'm hoping they cleared some sort of blockage and then I started clomid on CD 5-9 as well! So I'm hoping this will be a good month. Good luck to you!

Well I ended up going to the ER yesterday because the cramps were so bad, based on my ultrasounds I have OHSS. I just hope since I ovulated I'm already pregnant and I don't have to do this anymore.
