Anyone else testing on the 15th? - newbie

Hi Meya, I can understand how annoying irregular cycles can be! Sometimes AF shows her damn face twice a month for me and sometimes I wont see her for as much as 50 days. It's completely ridiculous! I'm been in and out of the doctor for that exact reason.. I've even had it last up to 20 some days. It seems to have leveled up a bit the last few months, but I'm always nervous about it.

I'm feeling pretty good today This morning I woke up thinking it was the weekend. lol.. not so much! it's only Tuesday! lol ffs!

I was sitting here thinking about how I was feeling today and I fell asleep lol. im so shattered. my little man has been keeping me on my toes all day. seem he has now realise that I can leave the room without him and he screams his little head off when ever I do.

I noticed I got ewcm again today, so looks like this cycle is going to be one that is going to mess about. o-well we will prob DTD again tonight (if I can stay awake lol) just to make sure we are covered.

did the dr ever find out why your cycle are like that?

Oh goodness. That stage usually doesn't last very long if you don't cater to it, and they realize you do return. It's kinda like teaching them it's a bigger game of peek-a-boo.

I hope this cycle doesn't mess you around too much and you are able to pinpoint O and DTD at the right time. Good luck!

I hope so. trying to do any cleaning with a grumpy bum pin to me is driving me nuts. lol. everyone always tell you how great it is to have a baby but the never tell you how hard it is to, especially the first few months.

hands full haha you can say that again lol. last week he was lovely. we went to meet some family and they where all saying how good and quiet he is. I was like yeah you come and live with me then tell me how good and quiet he is.

I think he is also going thro a growth spurt, today he has been having food or a bottle every hour!! he is also trying to crawl but gets mad because he cant work out how to get his legs under himself without rolling over.

I got the same thing back from my dr. the only thing we worked out is that I don't ov once or twice a year. I have been keeping notes of all my cycles for the past few years. i noticed that back in March 2011 I had a cycle that was 50 days long!! that's the longest I have ever had it. so I must not of ov in February even thou I had 3 days of spotting around my ov time.

It was the same thing when my sister just had her first little girl. She was such a handful at home, but the second that she went to other people's house, she was so quiet! And my sister would tell them the exact same thing you're telling people lol. I cant wait to have my hands full too!!! lol I know it might sound crazy but I've been looking forward to having my baby in my arms for years and years now... I'm so happy dh has finally said yes to start ttc!

I never checked to see when I actually ov. That might be my problem too. I've never tried the ov tests. Maybe I will get into that if we run into some problems ttc. I had my 50 day cycle last summer.. I was convinced that I was preggo.. but I wasnt. and at the beginning of that year (2012) I think i had a m/c but I'm not sure.. I was bleeding for a month straight. And often I will spot between periods or I'll have a "fake period" as I call it.. it's in the middle of my cycle and it can last from one week to two weeks.

spotting in mid cycle is a sign of ov, but spotting for more then 2 or so days I don't know. your not crazy lol, I know how you feel after ttc for so long. when I did conceive ds it was our last try before we took another years break. I did not think I was in for a chance as we only dtd once and that was 3 days before I had my ov spotting. during the ttw (more 16 days for me) I had all the symptoms that I gat every month. the only different was when my af was due my cp was still low, very hard and close when norm it move up a little, is softest and a little open. my ds is 7 months now.

I also never use ov test before, only checked my cp and cm. I also looked out for spotting and cramps mid cycle. but I have found some cheap ov test on amazon. 30 for under a five and some pregnancy test 15 for under £3.

Yea my cycles have been very messed up in the past. I think maybe it might be because of drinking too much coffee.. I dont drink as much anymore and my cycles for the past too months have been normal. last cycle was 36 days. going on cd32 tomorrow I'm so close to my period. I'm already starting to have sore boobs and some twinges in my lower abdomen and lower back pain. This happens every cycle for me, so nothing out of the ordinary. My mom never had any kind of symptoms when she was pregnant. My sister was sick the whole time.

Those are some really really cheap tests that you found on there! I dont think amazon ships to Canada..

how are we all feeling today?

im trying not to symptom spot, but I can't miss the fact that I have been having hot flushes on and off all day, which has been making me feel a little ill at times. im also still getting cramps on and off. My pregnancy test came in the post and they have been mocking me all day. I so want to do a test but I know nothing will show this early. lol

Hubby and i were using the pull out method before we decided to actually start trying lol so each month before this one i always had some kind of "pregnancy symptom" lol but af always ended up showing. Im hoping it wont take us too long.. i keep hearing these horror stories of couples ttc for months even years

Horror stories!! omg. TTC my first was one of those horror stories. It took us 8 years and 3 angles to get our DS. Im hoping for it to be a lot easier this time round, but if it take years again I do not mind.....as long as it is a girl this time.

haha I laughed when I saw that post too.."horror stories". It didn't take me near as long as you (8 years...so glad something finally worked) but it did take us a year and a half. I was annovulatory and tried clomid and shots which made me ovulate but no luck with timed intercourse or IUIs. Finally got pregnant with DD through IVF...hoping I don't have to go that route this time as I ovulated on my own the last three cycles (woo hooo!). I am 4DPO now so I will probably start testing at 9DPO as I cna't wait.

My cycles are really irregular now (but no complaining as I am ovulating!). 36 days then 45 days and now this one will be around 40 days. I use ovulation tests all the time (cheapo ones on amazon then when I get close I use the smiley face ones too). Plus I pay attention to my CM too. I feel like I know WAY too much about fertility stuff haha.

I have a first response hpt that i've had for months now.. and it's on my makeup dresser, I keep wanting to use it but I dont want to waste it for a negative lol. And I hate seeing a negative, so I want to wait until I'm sure lol.

Lol! I feel the same way sometimes about knowing so much about fertility stuff... I know more about it then my sister who has two kids already! lol.. I've been in and out of forums, and articles, I just fill my head with all that stuff!

I think if we dont conceive in the first 3 months I will start using the opk too. Just so I can tell exactly when I'm ovulating. Other then that I can tell around what time it's going on just by cm and feeling the sharp pain in one side or the other of my ovaries.

I hope you get the results you want for this month!! It's such an exciting time

I dont know if I will be able to wait until I'm a week late for AF before I poas lol.. I'm going to try though cause my cycles are a little all over the place, ranging from 27 to 50 days... Last month was a 36 days cycle. Hopefully it will be the same for this one

Ive not done ov test this cycle, but I think im anywhere between 2dpo- 4dpo. I have just ordered some ov test off of amazon today ready to use next cycle if I don't catch the eggy this time.

lol I to have a preg test left from last year. seeing negatives is no fun, but I kinda make a game out of it. like getting my oh to pee on one or dipping it into coffee sort of thing. lol I must seem like a nutter!! TTC can be so frustrating some times, that you got to try and make it fun.
