Connah just doesnt seem to be a 'breakfast baby' iykwim?
He likes all sorts, toast, shreddies, museli, crumpets the odd time too amongst lots of other things...but he will only entertain a very small amount before he is pushin the spoon away or throwing it on the floor:dohh:
He has always been like this though now i think about it.

He now has,as of 2 days ago, cows milk instead of formula,8oz in the morning after breakfast and then 8oz before bed..but this isnt filling him now right? its just like a drink? So this makes me worry about the small amount of breakfast he is eating:wacko:

Is anyone else's LO like this?x

Ruby was the same until the last week or so, she would eat breakfast, but only very small quantities. In the last 10 days or so though she's started eating a really big bowl of cereal. But...she now eats less lunch :dohh:

Lol cant win can we:dohh:
Ah well,i suppose he will eat as much as he needs to x

Connor hates breakfast, im lucky to get a couple of spoonfuls down him but he makes up for it in the rest of the day so im not to worried

rubys not a breakfast fan at all... sometimes she will eat a decent amount of toast, but usually its a few shreddies or a few raisins or something.... she eats a big dinner tho, and a reasonable lunch, so i dont worry about it too much, i just offer it, and if she takes it great, if not, then i try not to get hung up on it as i know over the day shes taking enough

Thomas always eats loads at breakfast but just picks at his lunch. They are just all different I guess.

Some days Holly has a huge breakfast (like today, a banana, 3 strawberries and a weetabix) but will then not eat much at lunch or dinner. Other days I struggle to get her to eat anything first thing but she will eat lots at lunch/dinner.

I think we have to trust them, they know their bodies and what they feel like. This morning I had to force myself to eat porridge (really not hungry) but yesterday I had cereal, fruit, yogurt and toast!

Thanks,im feeling a little better about it now i think....he does eat a decent amount at lunch and dinner so i suppose im worrying over nothing again :dohh: xx
