Anyone have spontaneous labor after being induced the first time??

Just wondering. I was induced at 40+6 with my first and they said that I was in the early stages of labor when they started the induction.

If you did have spontaneous labor after an induction, how many weeks were you? And did you do anything different the second time to help labor come on its own?

I have just had my third baby. First baby was induced at 14 days over but I went into labour myself at 6 days over second time round. I dont think I did anything differently although I did drink raspberry leaf second time, but that does not send you into labour so I am sure that only helped to reduce the length of my labour once started. This time round I was 13 days over and induced but it was far quicker to the point that the midwife told me I was in the early stages when infact I gave birth less than an hour later and nearly did not make labour ward. Luckily I knew I was further on than she said and shifts had just changed so my new midwife did actually examine me and wisked me up. So even though I would have prefered to avoid induction it was not that bad and was over quickly.

I wasinduced with my first at 40wks and then went on to have two girls where i went into labour myslef both at 40+4 xx

I was induced at 40+14 first time and second time I went in to labour my own at 40+10.

no one stays pregnant forever! Proven fact. If you dont want induced and dont have a TRUE medical need, then you will go into labor on your own, eventually!
i was not induced (thought it was GREATLY pushed, despite no medical reason) DS arrived at 41+5

I was induced with my 1st at 43 weeks.....yes 43, my 2nd came by herself at 41+3 and my last 3 have all been induced : )
