anyone here 4 weeks pregnant

Hi everyone.

I'll be four weeks tomorrow. This is my second pregnancy but, hopefully, my first baby. My first pregnancy sadly ended in a miscarriage in April.

I have been cramping and so worried I'm misscarrying I haven't had any bleeding but I am so gassy and constipated I'm not sure of its uterus pain or gas pain... has anyone else had this x

Period-ish cramps are super normal.

For a week or so, I've been feeling like a demon is punching from inside my uterus.

I was so shocked to pee out a bfp because I feel VERY periody.

the sickness and tiredness is well and truly on me now omg roll on 6 more weeks lol x
