Anyone in Leicester? Where you choosing to give birth?

I've chosen Royal Infirmary again as had no probs with their care last time.

I'm not actually in Leicester, I'm in Melton Mowbray and fortunately they have a birth centre here so probably either at the Birth Centre or possibly at home!?

Yeah I read about the birth center in MM in my booklet from the midwife's today.

Hey,

Just wondering how long you had to wait to hear from LRI about your 12 week scan? I had my first midwife appointment at 10 weeks and said i should hear from them soon but i'm getting impatient! Really want a date for the scan so I can start looking forward to the rest of the pregnancy! This is my first time!

Hi, I had my MW appointment at 8 weeks and got a letter around 11 weeks. x

Hello I'm in Leicester but haven't got that far yet. First mw appointment isn't until 27th July! However have an early scan at the LRI on Monday so will see how that goes x

I'm in Loughborough and have chosen Melton's birth centre but I have the general as my hospital back up x

I got my scan letter at the weekend! booked in on 21st july so not long left to wait! just hope everything goes ok, feel a bit worried/nervous! x
