Anyone just beginning fertility testing?

Hi!
I had testing done last year around this time, sadly I wasn't tested for all things related to IF. I just had my first appointment with an RE they are going to induce my cycle 2 weeks from now (I have irregular cycles) to start all the blood woke and other procedures (hsg, ultrasound etc) I too need a partner in crime so to speak, I am terrified

Thank you! Much luck to you too! My doctor suspects I have PCOs along with a few other issues. The hardest part of it all is waiting!

Welcome Mandy! . I think this whole process of going for testing is terrifying. I keep imagining different pictures in my head....what if this turns out to be wrong? Or what if that? And driving myself crazy! Hope things go well for you though

Thank you kittiecat! That is exactly how I feel tho, I am almost 99% sure i will be diagnosed with pcos the doctor even agreed with me after I listed the symptoms to him. The other stuff I am not so sure about. The only other thing that worries me is the hsg test. That one I am extremely terrified of.

Hi girls, I know how difficult it is to wait for your tests. I am putting myself in all kind of situations in my head. What I am doing is trying to except the fact that everything is wrong with me. And then if it is not I will be relaxed.

well im at doctors tomorrow, as i was being referred for fertility treatment so im going to ask him to test aswell.

Very often in life happens in this way. You start testing and you find out you are already pregnant. I am so happy for you.

Hi girls! DH have been TTC for 13 months. just arrived yesterday so we, unfortunately, lost another cycle. The good news is my cycle was 31 days long this time, the shortest ever! (I'm thanking God and vitex for that one).

Anywho, I will be 30 next month, DH is 34. I've had two chemical pregnancies. So, at least we know we can get pregnant, it's just the bean isn't sticking

Phew! I hope they don't have to take out too much blood for all that!

I go back on CD 10 to check FSH, transvaginal ultrasound around ovulation and progesterone around 7DPO. DH will also be getting a SA done.

I like that I am actually able to get things done! Finally!

A girl just told me they take about three vials. That's not too bad. When are you going to get it done?

Two weeks from now, I have to wait for them to induce a cycle since my cycles are so irregular and I was on the final days do af when I had my first consult with my doctor.
3 vials!! Hurrah! I can deal with that!
When are you getting yours done?

Yeah I think they tested for all that with my first lot of bloods and they only took 3 vials. Just waiting for O to hurry up so I can have my 7dpo bloods. Then OH will book his SA next week (can't remember if I already said that on another post! )
