... you were to buy a helium foil ballon and take it to a card shop or asda (or anywhere) would they fill it with helium for you, despite having not brought the balloon from there? If they do, I would expect they charge you, just wonding if anyone knew?
... not too fussed on the price, it's got to be cheaper then a tank of helium!
