Amethyst, that has to be the worst for your friend. Her family are in my thoughts. That was my worst fear throughout my entire pregnancy. The only thing I can think of is maybe bring them a meal so they don't have to cook during this time.
amethyst im so sorry for your friend. makes me hold abby a little closer just reading that.
a tree sounds lovely or maybe a perennial flower you can plant by her house that re flowers every summer? or a flowering tree like a crab apple.
Sorry I have been absent most days - I am literally run off my feet as we are trying to move possibly, so looking at places and my toddler is getting worse!!! Tantrums galore!! Fantastic! If I am at home, I get on the floor with him when he screams and have a screaming fit too..makes him stop suddenly and stare at me like I am weird!!
Amelia is cooing and smiling alot - very alert and barely sleeps in the day but it is good as she sleeps well at night..finally! Goes down at 8pm wakes at 1am then 5am and up for day at 8am. Not bad for a 7 week old!
I am moving her to her Brothers cot and getting him a new bed. She is way too big for the basket now, bless her.
Am getting her weighed tomorrow and measured..also have our 6 week check afterwards. I am unsure about BC and what to go on but will discuss with my doctor probably.
Amethyst - Thinking of your friend and you. I really don't know what to say - so upsetting.
So until I hear back about disability I'm working from home. Luckily most of what I need to do right now I can do from home. I went into work for an hour this morning and I was in so much pain! I can't even imagine working a full day at this point. I know I would overdo it and make things worse. I tend to overdo things.
Isis has her 2 month appt tomorrow. I'm a little worried about the shots but I'm sure she'll be fine. For the first time this week she went to bed before 10pm. She slept so much today so I'm hoping she's on the back side of the growth spurt she's been in.
Amethyst - sorry to hear hun. thinking of your friend and you. im sure the best thing you could give her now is your love... give her a big hug and then another one on behalf of all the ladies here.
i know how it is to almost lose a baby, but to lose one for good would be heart shattering xxxx
How's Ollie doing now Gem? Any closer to finding out what happened?
Took Toby out to the local Harvester with my friend and her LO today. He's been so smiley! It's lovely
We're apparently going to MILs for dinner though and she lives over a mile away so his night time routine will be ruined.
Gertrude we have had one of them days too!!!! Grisly, moany n feeding constantly!
We got her weighed and measured 11 lb 6 oz and 57 cm . She's done well and I am glad she's growing! Love her!
Ugh my neighbor upstairs is bickering again. I swear they argue all the time and I can hear it word for word!!! Then I feel like I know too much about them when our paths cross! lol!
Cottles - Still got no idea really. He seems to be doing well though -touch wood-

Hope you are all doing okay girls. Daniel now weighs a whopping 12lb 3oz and is starting to sleep a bit better. Am going to start expressing this week so I can go out with the girls in July - OH has a work summer party next week but I just don't feel ready to leave him with anyone else for a long time yet so have said for him to go on his own.
it is horrid isn't it pickle has been cranky again today but its shouting, not actual real crying
well we've changed from aptamil to hipp organic to see if it suits her better, her sicking up was really getting to my OH - I hadn't thought it might be something to do with the formula though so we'll see if this helps, if it doesn't we'll try Cow and Gate next
I can't believe she'll be 10 weeks old on Saturday - how has that happened?
