The hardest part is not eating when you're bored or depressed or whatever. I struggle with that sooo much, I have to make sure that OH doesn't bring chocolate or crisps into the house because I'm too weak to ignore them!
Other than that, I just calorie count really... 1200-1500 calories a day... and I'm starting the Couch to 5K program as soon as my sports bra is delivered. Don't want to be smacking myself in the face with my boobs every time I jog
Are there any clubs like weight watchers that you could join? I lost 14lb with them before I got pregnant.
