Well I was told to call in at 10am and I would be given a time to go in this evening. So I called. They're busy. They think some people should be leaving sometime today so I've to call back at 4pm to get a time to go in. Fingers crossed.

If I go in tonight then I will have a VE and if needed (I assume yes) I will have the first persary. If persary not needed then straight to delivery. Another VE at 6am tomorrow morning and again, persary if required. And again at midday tomorrow.

I don't know what will happen if they're still busy at 4pm today though!

Plus, the visiting hours for non-Dads are only 2-4pm and 7-8pm! My sister is coming down tonight, so I won't see her today and only for a couple of hours tomorrow. Though fingers crossed I will be in labour tomorrow. I don't think my 18 year old sister will want to be present!

I'm going in!!!! I've to be there for 6.30pm. So am heading off for a bath now and to straighten my hair. I have an iPhone so I'll be around tonight until things get too much!

Well it's taken me a bit to get back on but we had our baby on April 28 at 1:08pm weighing 7lbs 6oz after having cervidail (I think that's the spelling) for 10 hours and then started on pitocin for about four. So about 14 hours of labor and 45 minutes of pushing.

After being so nervous about the induction, I didn't mind it! So onto the pictures of our little Duncan!

hey ladies i'm a bit late in posting this, but my beautiful baby girl , Ehllsyie Lyllythe Maeree Francis was born on the 14th of April at 10.06pm weighing 8lb 10oz after a very quick 25 minute labour
Huge congratulations to all of the other April mummies who have had their babies too xx

I'm in and 2.5cm dialated already! So skipping the persaries and I am next in line to be taken down to delivery and have my waters broken. Most likely that will be first thing tomorrow though. Had a sweep which may or may no get things moving. She could feel Baby H's head!

Thanks ladies! I hope your turn is coming next although I can thank most of mine on blood pressure because I'm sure without it and the doctor getting me in quick, I know I'd still be pregnant!

Mrsglitz is your husband allowed to stay with you or has he been chucked out so to speak? It's one thing that terrifies me if I'm induced is being on my own x
