are Huggies rubbish? Opinions please!

I think it depands on the baby really my little girl is very long and she weights 16.8 pds in she is in size 3 huggies i love them they fiT well the pampers she didnt do good in

we got a couple of packs for free of size one newborn huggies, and i have to say i was worried about using them hearing about all the leaky stories but i have to say no leaking yet, and they don't stick to his bum the way the pampers newborn were doing sometimes....

the do have a totally different fit to pampers though.. i think alot can maybe be to do with baby shape.

Think it depends on the LO tbh! Alex never leaked in huggies, Tori leaks but it's worse in Pampers. They are worse IMO

huggies were crap for alfie. He pees alot and they just dont hold it, he was waking up in the night every hour no joke with a wet patch near his armpit lol pampers arent much better iether. I really like asda's little angels ones they hold better and weve never had any leaks

<3

i found huggies totally rubbish and always leaked!
i use pampers or tescos now

Only ever bought huggies once cos they leaked. Always use pampers now.

i hate huggies my poor wee lamb would wake up soaked thro in them i had 3 full packs that i gave away for nothing just to get rid (the girl i gave them 2 liked them) its pampers and adsas i use asdas are gr8 xx

We are currently using Huggies during the day and Pampers Baby Dry at night - I prefer the Pampers but I had loads of vouchers/ offers for Huggies that were too good to ignore and we haven't had any problems with them.

I'm not a Huggies fan at all. They seem to be coarser and smaller than Pampers and I just don't like the feel of them. We use Pampers and Asda Little Angels

Huggies are better for Ethan than Pampers, but Aldi's own brand Mamia (sp?) are fantastic! 27 newborn nappies for £1.79 or something. They have been brilliant

We always used huggies with no problems until about 9 months old as I found pampers to be awful. Then tried pampers again and they seemed a lot better. To be honest generally buy papmpers but if there is a good deal on huggies will get them! x

 We've just switched to huggies because Pampers were leaking. Odd, we seem to have the opposite problem from most of you.

we bulk brought during pregnancy and huggies leaked for us as well, every single poopy nappy so i complained to them and got sent £12 worth of vouchers.

we gave them away and have been using pampers since, the only time they have leaked poop is when ds is in his jumperoo, goes straight up his back :dohh:

found a box of huggies and they dont send poop fly up his back in his jumperoo so we swap just before he goes in it :haha:

Same for me- got huggies as they were on offer but they leaked so bad! Happy with pampers now. Altho I would say huggies wipes are better than pampers or johnsons IMO...

Honestly we switch back and forth to both and it works out fine for our LO. If we get the pampers without dry max they feel moist on the outside though.

The fancy shmancy huggies suck but I find the super dry pretty good; especially when they are younger-I found for my LO when he was younger pampers and the ASDAs ones leaked both poo and wee, but huggies didn't xx

I hate huggies and my grandmother (bless her) bought me some today as she said the store didn't have any pampers. They love to buy K diapers LOL I don't know why... anyways, last time I complained and I got a voucher for a free bag and I bought the overnights, and they didn't leak at all. If these are crap, I am calling and making a big complaint!

Love Huggies hate Pampers. as other posters have said it really depends on the baby. this house is huggies all the way though.
