I know its early to start the thread, but I'm gonna jump in anyway. We have been wtt for 9 months (since the birth of my DD who took 19 cycles to conceive). Its finally ttc time again (as soon as af arrives around the 10th of July), hoping that it will happen faster for us this time.

I’m trying not to think about it in case I chicken out. I wasn’t even going to have #2 and only decided at the beginning of July that we should. I am trying only to think about the fun stuff because It was a rough pregnancy the first time and I’m not really looking forward to that again. But crossing fingers it’s easier this time around.

How old is your first LO? My girl turned 2 beginning of June and she’s the light of my life for sure. I know she will love her baby brother or sister, she is such a little mommy to all of her pets and baby dolls.

My girl is only 8 months old. Its so soon to try again, but I am just scared that it might take 2 years again. And Im almost 34, so need to get moving...

I'll probably end up over here since I don't know what's happening and even though I had positive OPKs, the temperature did not match the results of them! /shrug! Baby dust everyone!

Took my last pill today! Not really trying this cycle because we are going to Peru right around O but I don’t think we will be too careful. I’m going to start OPKs tomorrow to see what’s happening. Usually I O on schedule right off my pill so I’m not too worried but it’s always nerve wracking.

Hi! I will finally be able to ttc again after my mmc, so the early August thread suits me perfectly, thanks for starting it!
I will test aroung August 30th too, if my cycle stays more or less as it was before my pregnancy.

Hi. Can you put me down for round about the 8th August. Which would be my daughters 4th birthday. I am hoping this is our month as am currently waiting on my period. Have suffered 5 miscarriages since having her but found out I have an under active thyroid so am now on medication and hopefully that helps to have a successful pregnancy now. I am also 40! Thanks for starting the thread and good luck to all. Xx

Af due 8th august. Will have been trying for a year. Had a chemical in February. Off to the doctor at the start of August to see what our next step will be in regards to fertility route x

Thanks babe I’m here with you...... don’t lose hope Cody took me 14 months, Olivia was 22 months with a loss before, Erin was a surprise and Leo was 5 years with 3 losses in a row and this one 2 losses so far. I’m devestated but I’ll get over it. I find it better one the ball is in motion as you are being pro active. I just bought the book it starts with the egg. I’m on various supplements and have a lot of info if I can be any help

Positive - hope you daughter's birthday brings some luck this cycle. I also have an underactive thyroid and am on meds for it. Had a healthy pregnancy with dd despite it, so its good you are getting treatment.

Wantingagirl - sorry for your loss.

Beccaboo - fingers crossed that the fertility specialist has some answers (and easy to fix remedies)!

I agree it is nice to see familiar faces. It would be amazing to be able to follow you from the bfp through to labour! Fingers crossed for this month x
