Where do I get it? What brand and how does it work??

Thanks girls. I'm taking progesterone cream in a few days and just wanted some info on baby aspirin. Thank you

I have not heard of this so will be interested to see the replies

I had a horrible headache for several days and I ended up taking some during our active time of TTC and ovulation . I am not due for AF until Dec 25, so if it is a BFP I will let you know!!

I was told to take baby aspirin once a day after ovulation. It encourages blood flow to the pelvis and thins the uterine lining to help implantation.

I got a bottle of 100 x 75mg tablets from the local pharmacy xx

I'm curious about this... because my FS told me the uterine lining needs to be thick and "sticky" for implantation to occur... also states Tylenol as the only "approved" pain med if I start Clomid with IUI next month. So I'd for sure need to stay away from any anti-inflammatory pills, I don't normally take aspirin though?

Best of luck hun!!!

Asprin is a blood thinner and it is known for helping blood flow during pregnant. It also helps improve blood flow during the first trimester so the placenta will have better blood flow so baby gets the nutrients it needs especially if you have a history of miscariage. Here in the US we're told to take baby asprin or 81mg of asprin which is also low dose asprin.

75mg it is :? both me and oh took it when ttc morgan and have been ttc this one x

Hmmmm sounds convincing.

Man, another pills
I've never taken so many pills in my life since TTC lol

edit: Found an article:

Well ladies, I took asprin a few times (from my post above) and AF got me a few days ago :( AF was on time for Christmas day, dang it. TTC for 3rd cycle. SO, I told you I would leave feedback - for me, I guess it didn't do anything but relieved my headache slightly.

Here's what I've found in various places on the net about baby aspirin
Antiphospholipid Antibodies and Aspirin
Some women who experience recurrent sponataneous abortions have extremely high levels of antiphospholipid antibodies. These antiphospholipid antibodies can cause your blood to become much thicker than usual, as they cause blood platelets to stick together. This can dramatically increase your risk for developing problematic, or even fatal, blood clots. Many women with increased antiphospholipid antibodies tend to experience multiple miscarriages because blood clots can develop around the placenta, depriving the baby of vital oxygen and nutrients.

Recent aspirin studies also show that aspirin may be helpful in increasing pregnancy rates in all women. Aspirin appears to increase the activity of the ovaries, allowing them to release multiple eggs during ovulation. It also appears to increase blood flow to the uterus, allowing for a thicker and healthier uterine lining.

I've been taking the Bayer 81mg, one tablet a day. I'm only 5dpo so I can't say whether or not it's worked yet lol

Good luck!

Winter. Thanks for letting me know. I appreciate that :) good luck with next cycle hun!!!

Ashley. Thanks for expalining that!! Super helpful. Guess I'll take an asprin today ;)

Is it now called 'low dose aspirin', cannot find anything on the shelves called Baby Aspirin?

I think they are now called low dose. 81mg is what I've read most ttc ladies take so as long as its 81mg it doesn't matter if it's baby aspirin or low dose :)

Hi,

I take Coenzyme Q10 and Omega 3. I'm wondering if it's possible to take Baby Aspirin in this condition. Wath do you think?
Thank you all:hugs:
