Babyshower gift help

My friend is having a shower at the weekend. I'm not sure if I can go yet as hubby's working and I dont know if I'll have a sitter but even if I can't go I'd like to send a gift. Anyhoo, she is really into natural birthing and parenting and I wondered if any of you could give me some ideas of a really cool present that falls into this category. I had thought of fluff but I'm not sure of what system she's chosing. I know she bought a load of tots bots stuff not long ago but I don't want to go buying say, a couple of bumgenius or fuzzi buns if she's already ruled them out. I had also thought of the baby products she wants to use (a natural organic brand) but again I think she's already bought a load of it. Then I thought of a wrap but one of her other friends has bought her one and given it to her early.

I would really appreciate any suggestions. Nothing uber expensive, probably around the £20-£30 mark max

Maybe some aromatherapy massage oils, an organic heat/cool pack, some cute organic onesies, crocheted hat and booties from organic material. Handmaded gifts like a framed picture or a photo album that is personalized.
