back pain - help!

Since having Blythe by emergency section I've had really bad back pain. I think some of it is having to hold/carry Blythe and some is breastfeeding (both position and heavy breasts). Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do to help it? I can't see a masseuse or an osteopath as no one will touch me until 6 months after the section. I don't think I can take another three months of this!
