Baileys double cream

For puddings etc, does it have alcohol in it or just the baileys taste? I adore baileys and always have and fancied making a desert that had some of this creamy stuff inside it! anyone know?X

I actually bought some porfitoroles (however u spell or say it ha ha) and the cream inside was made with baileys.....I ate the lot!!! tinee tiny amounts wont do any harm xxxxx

I think as a treat you'll be fine, it might be 6% but when you consider the quantity of the cream you'll be consuming and that's the cream with the baileys in I reckon you'd get more alcohol from just sniffing nail varnish remover baileys cheesecake is sooo good, I've got a recipe saved for it somewhere I'll have to send you it x

Nope but at our local golf club where i went for my last birthday meal, they did homemade baileys cheesecake. And oh my god. Divine. Damn it now i want some cake and a glass of baileys and ice. haha x
