Previous diet done on cambridge diet, took 3 months but cant do cambridge this time as bfing.
 
well done girl u can definitely do this! ur so pretty :( cow *huff* lol u live nr me i'm in taunton/bridgwater. So, r u wanting to do diet or diet n exercise? thinking with a kid mums prob don't need to do any extra exercise lol? x
 
i am pretty when im skinny! not now tho :cry: im guna do light exercise like walking then wen im not bfing go 2 the gym!! Ive started ww today! wahoo x
 
yeh a dress that i bought for a xmas party that got worn once and a pair of size 8 jeans from top shop that i wore for like a week once! I really really want to do the cambridge diet cuz i no it works from experience and i want the big weight to drop off but im bfing and i cant ahhh its so annoying! My mood as been really shitty today because of getting my oh to take those first pictures yest i still avnt gotton over how i look i didnt realise i had got that big and quite frankly am shocked and embarased to be myself right now. I havnt told him that so he just thinks im a moany fook now!

On a lighter note first day on ww went fine had 22.5 points supposed to have an extra 10 for bfing but im not as id feel like im not even dieting if i did! An extra 10 points is ridiculous!
 
Holy crap! You are gorgeous! If you have dine it before I know you can do it again! I am blown away!
 
:blush: Thanks. This is true i have done it before well 3.5 stone but more is very daunting! but hopefully i can do it again, i want to feel sexy and pretty again! x

neil is going 2 pay for my online membership, its 70quid 4 the yr. i do have to add that i asked him to pay for it, he isnt making me!! he says he doesnt now y im bothered as i am fine as i am .... i think he is just trying to make me feel good ,.... bless him!

how about every thurs morning b4 bf group we could go for a walk and as we get more confident we can increase it to a buggy run!

Cheers Bonnie, i didnt do 2 bad 2day but i cud of done better! maybe next time i wont have the bread roll and the cheese cake :blush: I didnt go over my points which i was suprised about! Its snowing again! lol
 
All progress is good & u didn't have a hot choc so well done! You have inspired me loads and I'm feeling really motivated now so thanks...... Tris & Seb WILL have yummy mummys!!!!!!
 
kinda messed up yesturday and 2day, so we will suck it up and move on, tomorrow we start again! x
 
I take full blame 4that!!! It's my weigh in day tmw so if u don't hear from me it's cause I'm too horrified and I am in hibernation until I'm looking like a reasonable human being!!
 
I felt like that at my last weigh in! atleast im 2lb down this week still if it werent for the indian i wud of been 4! whoops! I dont blame you Bonnie! x
 
I didn't do too badly 2day but I've realised I lent all my cook books to my mate so I'm doing it all by memory so I'm gonna have to get them back!!

Well done on the 2 lb loss!!!
 
Right took the plunge & weighed myself & I had a surprise, have lost 2kilos since the 1st dec when I weighed last! Check out my diary as I've added it there. Hope u had a hood day xx
