wow been awhile since i posted on here! well i am 5 stone lighter! Doin the cambridge diet heres an update;

Oh my goodness, well done! is it all down to the cambrige diet or have you just started that recently? you defo don't need to lose any more

the first stone and a bit was ww and the rest is cambridge, prefer it to all the other diets ive done, and ive done alot!!!!!! still want to loose 2stone, im a 12 and i wana b an 8!!!

Wow, well done, you look great!! I really need to lose at least a stone, probably two if I'm honest I've been trying to cut down on the crap I eat and do more exercise, fingers crossed I stick at it this time!!

fingers crossed for you too, its sooooo hard isnt it, now that ive got a couple of stones left i keep thinking- its ok i can ave that piece of cake im not fat anymore! but if i have that cake itll start a binge! ahhhh

Thanks It is sooo hard to stick at it I've needed to lose the weight since I had Jay but can only ever stick at it for a few days at a time. I feel really determined this time though. I'd really love to be a MILF in time for summer so I'm hoping that's quite realistic...

Good luck for your last couple of stone (although looking at the pics you don't look like you need to lose anymore )
