I read regarding the basal temperature that I need to measure first thing in the morning, as soon as I wake up, preferably at the same time. Unfortunately I have different jobs and I wake up at different hours (it can be 4.30am or 7.30). What can I do? Please help.

Hi, you have to take your temp at the same time everyday as soon as you open your eyes in the morning. Only thing I can think of is you can set the time for your earliest job like 4.30am and take your temp then. Days you don't have to wake up that early just go back to sleep. But you have to make sure you get at least 4 hours of sleep before you wake up to take your temp.

Defiantly 4:30am and make sure you have at least 3 hours of solid sleep.

Agree with above... And it only needs to be three consecutive hours of leep but definately at the same time every day or withing 15 minutes either way

Agree with the above, you need to do it at the same time every day...not ideal if some days you don't need to wake up as early, but best to go with the earlier time. Good luck xx

Thank you all! My husband won't be so pleased ... 'Sorry honey!' :)
