Sorry ladies, I actually have to work work now. My manager announced her retirement eff. march 1, 2009, but she will be leaving mid February as she still qualifies for her holidays. We don't know who her replacement will be, so best behaviour!! I am happy for her, but nervous at the same time. I hope her replacement is from within the company, not external.

absolutly NOT. I am not nearly qualified enough to run this department. I only have 3 years industry experience and only just became an underwriter. Not to mention, even if I was qualified for it, I'm not sure I would want to take that on. Maybe in 20 years.

Hiya girls

I hope you are all ok x Thought i'd let you all know that we saw the paediatrician today with Ethan and the preliminary diagnosis is Autism.. I feel drained now ... i have been pushing for help since he was 18 months old and have had so many people tell me i was wrong and that nothing was wrong with him... So now we have been reffered to the hospital and there we will get the full diagnosis and we will know what form of Autism he has.
