i cant seem to stop eating . . . .

had pasta meatballs and cheese at 2:30 , then at 3:30 a big chunk of chocolate
ten at 4 a cereal bar - and i could soo easy eat an ice cream or cereal bar or even pasta and meatballs again . . .

i didnt eat again -til now - cos i have to eat with my tablets

i went upstairs and started a bath - had a little cry/bitch/moan/dig at david, got in my bath hoping my words would have spurred him to do the god damned dishes - had they shite,

i get out the bath, go down stairs see all the dishes still there so do them myself - while david hovers in the background genreally tifying the kitchen around me, not saying a word and kissing my shoulders, at which i bite his head off , and tell him if my being on my hands and knees begging on our bedroom floor before my bath didnt inspire him to do the dishes i'd rather do them myself and told him to fuck off

then once dishes are done i head upstairs and try to talk to david - which turns into my braking down and sobbing all over him and him apologising profusely and cuddling me in. . . .

i just wish that these apologies would translate into him bloody helping.
