im all done xmas shopping - for now - kinda, me and david are both waiting til march when we go back to uk to buy our last bits for each other, as the shops out here arnt great and very expensive. but family is bought n wrapped, shipped n arrived n under their trees

Finished Christmas shopping? I haven't even started I guess I better get on that. I only have a couple of gifts to buy, and all of them are super easy, so I can pretty much pick them up on the way to where I need to drop them off.

i had to have them posted by 7th dec so got them all ordered n sorted beggining of november, so they had time to get to me before 7th, living overseas is diffiult - all the good shops are back home

Are you all excited for christmas I am x I'm like a big kid x

Got my mums present but still havent got my grandad anything He's so hard to buy for, he hasnt got any hobbies, he only ever watches UK Gold & nothing else, he doesnt eat chocolate, he doesnt drink & he doesnt read books or listen to music x
He has a million & one jumpers (that he doesnt like might I add lol) he doesnt go to bed (dont ask) so doesnt need jamas or a dressing gown, my auntie has bought him a watch, he has sleep & doesnt cook for himself....
Now you see why its so hard, even worse is I'll be in the same situation in January when its his birthday lol x

Cant wait to give out my gifts x I'm really happy with mums, S&L's My sisters & Richards Cant wait to see their faces x

Also going to see Annie at the Theatre wednesday afternoon x So excited x

Why don't you make him a book of personalised vouchers - like you could say you will take him out to the park or for lunch, cook him something nice at home, play chess/scrabble with him ?

Thanks for the ideas girls but he has dementia/alzheimers so things like that aren't possible bcus he gets confused & upset. Hes very set in his ways x mum bought some thermal vests & tild me to give him them but it just looks reallt crap x

Reedy - I think tracy has a good idea.... why dont you and libs do him a nice big photo with all the family in, your both talented on photoshop.

Isobel is poorly. Spent hour and half at hospital with her. Was better yesterday but done backward today.

I posted my thingy last thurs.

Ny grandma has dementia. Very hard. We get her a hamper of her favourite things from m&s. They wrap it nicely too.
