BBT thermometer recommendations

I am after recommendations for thermometers. I have the hot pink tipped baby mad one which was working well but then my very unhelpful toddler threw it in a glass of water and every since my temps have been all over the place and I just realised if I take my temp a few times in a row I get completely different results (up to a whole degree C difference) so I need a new one.

Does anyone have one they love and would recommend?

I've read that vaginally is more accurate as it can't be affected by factors like whether you have slept with your mouth open etc. I have been doing orally this month but am tempted to try out vaginally next month
