Bedtime help needed

Hi ladies... Millie used to self settle then since I come back to work oh has to put her down & she will now not self settle you have to let her fall asleep on your then put her down..... But now for the last 2 weeks she wakes up between 1-2am screaming & will not go back to sleep till she comes in with us then within seconds she's asleep...

Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do as I do not want her getting used to sleeping in the big bed!?

When she gets in with us we have a v pillow she goes in the middle of then I go down further pillow... Do you think it could be cos she's then not flat? What age can you use a pillow from?

It sounds like she is just upset about the change in her routine. I would think if you keep at it she will adjust, it will just take some getting used to for her.
