I have a 3,5 year old and expecting #2. I think I am being realistic admitting that there is no way I am getting peace and quiet while breastfeeding #2 like I had with Isabella. So I am considering a sling that will allow me to breastfeed easily and still do things with my DD. I tried two previously (moby wrap and some other brand that I returned right away), it just didn't stick. This time around I don't think I'll have much of a choice with a very active little girl. I keep reading that a ring sling works the best but wanted to check with you, ladies :)

The ring sling works well for me, but I didn't get around to trying the ring sling until he was older. Woven wraps work well, too. You can youtube how to nurse in a woven wrap and see if you think you'll find it easier than a Moby (the difference being that you wrap the Moby and then place the baby, but with a wrap, you put the baby in position and then wrap the material around you; I found the woven easier, but I've heard complaints from others). If you've got a facebook, you can look for a babywearing group with a library in your area so you can try before you buy. Congrats on #2!
