Best time to exercise?

When is the best time of the day to exercise xxx
 
I was told by my physiothearapist that it is best to do it in the middle of the day as first thing in the morning or later at night is when your muscles are at there weakest x
 
Just warm up muscles more before do whatever your doing.

I know plenty work out 6am! personally not for me, i.work out morning, mid afternoon or evening.doesnt matter as long my.foods settled.
 
Morning time is best time for exercise as this time you have empty stomach and morning exercise keep you fresh and enthusiastic for whole day..
