Good job!!! I struggled almost as much and finally got him off the shields at 8 weeks. Lots of tears shed and thinking baby hated me but well worth the struggle. Glad you were so determined!!! You've done well and can be so proud.

Just here for a quick update, I always think about letting more new mommies read about my struggle to give them hope.

My son will be ONE on September first and we still nurse ALL the time and we both love it so much and have no plans to wean any time soon! I can't believe here I am almost a year after still nursing my baby, it has been an amazing experience and an honor!
