bfp after 3 years of trying!!

Friday the 13th got my bfp after 3 years of trying with my fiancé and also diagnosis of endometriosis. Seems like a dream. I'm so excited yet so nervous hoping all is well as I been having a lot of pains nd discharge with pink on nd off. Praying for a healthy pregnancy..doctors tomorrow so im hoping it goes well

I'm so nervous tho. Hoping its not ectopic I heard endometriosis scarring tends to cause ectopic pregnancies and I been having pains a lot on my right side where my endo is. Trying to keep positive tho.
