BFP after previous MC, worried & hopeful

I got my BFP yesterday at 11 dpo
We have been ttc for 14mths in all. We did conceive in nov/dec 2016, but sadly ended in an early mc

Now here we are, 6 months later, and a new BFP. Inside i am really excited, but also worried all the same.
I just can't wait to see some progression on the digital tests, as that never happened last time
Only a couple of days to wait, then i can do one and hope to see a change

I was just looking at my ticker and thinking, although the dates are right, the information can't be :-/ as it says my egg is fertilised and on its journey through the fallopian tube. But i though HCG was only produced once the egg has implanted in the uterus, maybe i'm just being too technical/picky ��
