BFP last Friday - still in shock...

..can't get my head around being finally pregnant. After TTC for about 12mths and oodles of HPT I finally get a BFP. I started off with faint pink lines after 10 mins so thought they were evaps, but sure enough it was my BFP in the making. I confirmed it using a digital clear blue tester. I went to see the Dr, but was a bit deflated when he said it is early days, come back and see me in 2 -3 weeks. It is so hard as I want to tell people but we have decided not to say anything until later. Hence I am typing here before I burst!!!
