I had bloods done on Monday and hcg came back at 20. I have another test next Monday to make sure everything is progressing well

My tests have been getting lighter each day until today when it was negative then tonight there was a faint line again. I have been spotting a little bit today but not enough to fill a liner just a bit when I wipe. Does anyone have any idea what is going on?
