Big IVF Problem for Tomorrow - Need Support!

So far, I've had a textbook perfect IVF Cycle. Then I get the call today. I administered 5K HCG last night at 10pm. I went in this morning for bloodwork, and they called me very cryptically at 3pm to tell me my HCG was much lower then suspected. They said it was a 39, and should be hovering around 100. They think I might've given myself more saline then HCG or administered the shot wrong. She said they are afraid my retrieval tomorrow morning could yield no eggs, because the HCG aids the final maturation process, and loosens the eggs from the follicles so they can be removed. I read online that messing up the HCG shot can be "disastrous". I am so worried that I will wake up from the procedure tomorrow to find out no eggs were retrieved, and the whole cycle will be a bust. Does anyone have anything to share?????? I am so sick to my stomach. I was so happy with my progress and now, because of my inexperience administering the HCG, I might've ruined and otherwise perfect cycle. I am so stressed and sad

Hun-I have no experience of this yet but hope it works out ok for you-do you have to mix the shot or something yourself? You would think if it was that important it would come as a solution in one? Will keep everything crossed for you x

My clinic mixed the shot for me the day before and just told me the time to administer it. I didn't even know this was a possibility until I read this so am relieved they did!! I hope ur EC goes well but if it doesn't that is so wrong on there part!!! Hoping for the best for u!
