Birthing balls

Who has used one and where they any good? I have just bought one today and bounced on it for around 40 min's lol!

Where they any use to any of you ladies?

I have been getting some sharp pains really low down all day, Started this morning so sent OH to grab a birthing ball and then they have come back again about an hour after using the ball, It is mainly when baby moves though, I have no idea as to what I am looking out for

But yes, Lets go Madeleine!!!

When I first read your thread name haha I thought it was gonna be like " the balls to give birth" hahahah I never called them birthing balls before thats why lol I just called it a excercise ball LMAO!!!

I kno.. im laughing on my own ..its the preggo brain!

I find my handy - it at least tips my pelvis in the right position. Try and spend as much time on it as I can - rocking, bouncing or whatever. Hope it works
