Blazing positive opk CD39

Hello, I am on CD 39 of what I am fairly certain was another annovulatory cycle for me as I tested daily from CD9 - CD22 (Clomid CD2-6) and never got anywhere near a positive ovulation test, just decided to randomly do a pg and ov test and I got a really strong, undeniable positive ov test but a definite negative pg test, any clue what could be going on? LMP was 22/11 but that started on CD42 after another annovulatory cycle (progesterone test confirmed no ov). Can a positive opk indicate AF is on her way? Thanks
