BLW - what did your LO eat today?

B - weetabix
L - Cheesy pasta with peas & broccoli & yogurt
D - Mashed potato mixed with veg & cheese with a garlic crusted sole fish. Baked banana with chocolate spread and spoon of milky bar ice cream for dessert

Snacked on rice cakes with cream cheese & cucumber topping
 
Br: porridge with banana
Lunch: half onion bagel with tuna, organix carrot puffs, pear, hm blueberry muffin
Dinner: Fish tacos, fruit salad
 
Yesterday Rowan wasn't all that hungry (poor LO has a cold) but he tried all on offer...

Breakfast: Porridge fingers, banana chunks
Lunch: Toasted crumpet with hummous, cucumber sticks, lettuce
Dinner: Smoked mackerel pasta (from BLW cookbook); Apple and plum fruit pot
 
Wow I can't believe this thread is still going! :shock:

I posted 2 years ago when my son was BLW and now my daughter is starting. I've put it off long enough really - I can't believe she's 6 months already.

Yesterday we started with a little avocado, banana and a zucchini round. She tried out the avocado but didn't seem too impressed. Today I plan on steaming a little sweet potato and also some more avocado to try out.
Maybe some toast too!
 
Today Rowan's meals were...

Breakfast: Wheaty biscuit with a little oat milk; orange segments
Lunch: Toasted crumpet with salmon spread, grilled green pepper and lettuce; banana chunks and prunes (SO messy!)
Dinner: Vegetarian roast, roast potatoes and parsnips, hm df yorkshire pudding and green beans; tinned pear

Still got a cold so greatest level of enthusiasm shown for the fruit on offer!
 
Ate loads today! (for him)

B - two porridge fingers (made with half cream half milk), squirt or two of fruit smoothie pouch
L - half slice bread with butter and Philly, two cucumber sticks
Snack - pinched my fig roll biscuit after yoga!
D - handful aubergine and courgette risotto (BLW cookbook), 4 pieces pear, plum yoghurt pot, he just kept going!

Unfortunately we've been referred to paeds due to weight loss and dropping down the charts, so very pleased when he eats so much :)
 
Breakfast: baby weetabix, fruit pot, quarter of a crumpet
Lunch: chicken & sweetcorn roll, cherry tomato, cheese string, yoghurt
Dinner: will be - spaghetti, meatballs & garlic bread
 
DD is 9 months old...

B - Cheerios followed by pear slices
L - Egg mayo sandwiches, cucumber and tomato with Tzatziki and a Carrs cheese melt biscuit. Desert was an orange.
D - Fish, jacket potato and beans mixed with red kidney beans. Desert was Greek yog with grapes and blueberries followed by half a fruit smoothie
 
Yesterday...

Breakfast: Porridge with apple puree; tinned pears
Lunch: Warm pitta with hummous, tomato, lettuce, sweet potato wedge
Dinner: Sweetcorn pancake and a small df hm carrot and orange muffin
 
Breakfast: tropical fruit cereal, half a crumpet, pear
Lunch: leftover spaghetti & meatballs, cucumber, yoghurt
Dinner: garlic chicken, sweet potato wedges, reduced salt & sugar baked beans, fruit pot, watermelon
 
Breakfast: 1 weetabix and 1 fruit pot
Snack: babybel
Lunch: mince and dumplings, peas, green beans, carrots
Dessert: mango and blue berries
Tea: chicken sandwich with salad
Dessert: rice pudding
 
Today:

Breakfast - mini wheetabix and kara coconut milk

Lunch - tuna, avocado and lettuce pitta breads

Dinner - monkfish, butter bean and basil humous and roasted butternut squash and carrot sticks.
 
I've seen a few of you refer to a 'fruit pot' - whats that?

Breakfast: White toast with sugar free blueberry jam; pear
Lunch: df sweetcorn pancake spread with hummous, tomato, little piece of leftover vegetarian roast, a fig
Dinner: Cod fillet, roasted sweet potato and courgette; 1/2 hm df carrot and orange muffin
 
Breakfast: weetabix with fruit pot
Snack: banana chunks and grapes
Lunch: lasagne
dessert: organix biscuit and raspberry rice cakes
Tea: fish, mash, mixed veg with cheese sauce
dessert: raspberries and fromage frais
 
Today little man had...

Breakfast: Porridge fingers made with oat milk and oat cream and a little sugar free jam
Lunch: Peanut butter on toast, orange segments
Dinner: Pasta with tomato sauce (mainly licked sauce off pasta); baked apple with dried fruit and a squidge of oat cream
 
Today's menu will be:

Breakfast: rice crispies with slices of water melon
Snack: raspberry rice cakes
Lunch: sweet and sour chicken served with rice and salad
Dessert: raspberries and vanilla ice cream
Tea: mince, mash, peas and swede
Dessert: banana chunks and custard
 
B - porridge with cows milk
L - half an oatcake, cheese, tomato, cucumber, grapes and an entire "Ella's kitchen" fruit smoothie! (greedy guts!)
T - mash potato, carrot, swede and chicken strips, organix apple and mango rice pudding pot.
 
Today...

Breakfast: Porridge with apple puree and oat cream, pear and 1/2 slice white toast with sugar free blueberry jam (bottomless pit this morning!)
Lunch: Tuna mixed with carrot puree spread onto white toast, a few potato wedges
Dinner: Scrambled egg, roasted courgette and yellow pepper; strawberries
