BLW - what did your LO eat today?

Today:

B - 1/4 toast and then some fruit (strawberries, grapes and blueberries)
L - df puff pastry slice topped with df pesto and tinned salmon (once she had destroyed it she started eating bits not sure how much). 2 carrot and tomato rice cakes, cucumber, tomatoes. Followed by some red grapefruit (1st time she's had this and she looked a bit surprised at the tartness).
T - leftover tuna pasta, more cucumber, chewed on a hm bread stick. Followed by leftover custard with peach and banana fruit pouch.
 
Breakfast: Porridge fingers with sugar free raspberry jam; pear
Snack: 3 Organix carrot puffs
Lunch: Almond butter sandwich on wholemeal bread; watermelon and cherries (wasn't impressed with the cherries- tried half, pulled a face and spat it out- this is the first time I've seen this reaction to a food!); most of a 'Wot no dairy' pot
Dinner: Bombay potatoes with wholegrain rice and peas
 
Yesterday

B - Weetabix and tangerine
L - Ham & Tomato Sandwich & Banana
D - Salmon, new potatoes and Salad with a mini milk ice cream for dessert
 
Today:

B - offered raspberry wot no dairy mixed with mashed banana, a few mini shredded wheat and the rest of the banana plus grapes. Ate some grapes but just nibbled at the rest.
L - 1/4 of hummus and salmon sandwich, 2 carrot and tomato rice cakes, cucumber, red grapefruit plus most of a peach/ banana fruit pouch.
S - a few wholegrain shapes and a couple of grapes.
T - hm pork/ apple patties, potato wedges, salad and a toasted pitta bread with hummus (was only interested in the pitta and salad). About a 1/3 of a raspberry wot no dairy pot.
 
Breakfast: Pancake with molasses (ate about 1/4); Wheaty biscuit soaked with oat milk; watermelon and banana pieces
Lunch: Sweet potato, parsnip and spinach puree spread onto white toast; banana
Snack: 3 Organix carrot puffs
Dinner: Tomato and tuna pasta; df custard
 
Breakfast: mini shredded wheat and half a box (small packed lunch size box) of raisins
Snack: apple slices
Lunch: ham salad sandwich dessert: pears
Tea: mince, new potatoes, mixed vegetables and Yorkshire pudding dessert: sugar free jelly
 
Yesterday:
B - a few wholegrain shapes, 1/4 toast, a pear peeled and given whole.
L - hummus on a small hm scone, 1organix carrot stick, cucumber, a couple of grapes and most of a banana/ apple fruit pouch.
T - hm haddock goujons (not tried), 1 1/2 potato waffles, carrots, sweet corn and broccoli. Then semolina made with almond milk mixed with the rest of the fruit pouch.

Today (at nursery):
B - few mouthfuls of readybrek and all her toast.
L - all of her spagetti bolognese followed by some peaches.
T - a chicken sandwich, potatoes, veg fingers and melon
S - supper at home. Rice cake with hummus, a couple of grapes and a few mouthfuls of leftover semolina
 
Yesterday...

Breakfast: Porridge fingers with ground almonds and raspberry sugar-free jam
Snack: Squished blueberries
Lunch: Plum stage 1 pouch (sweet potato, spinach and apple) spread onto a crumpet, cucumber sticks; fruit jelly
Dinner: Veggie sausage, tomato and mushroom pasta; Freedom

Today...

Breakfast: Crumpet with sugar-free raspberry jam; banana
Lunch: Jacket potato with reduced sugar/salt baked beans; watermelon
Dinner (will be): hm vegetable burger with tomato and probably some fruit for pud
 
Thursday:
B- pear and blueberry baby brekkie
L - missed due to docs appoint. Had 7oz bottle, piece of cheese and yoghurt instead
T - veg tart made with puff pastry, tinned tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, courgette, onion, pepper and cherry tomato, blueberries, cherries


yesterday:-
B - porridge
L - veg tart (remains of last nights tea), cherries
T - cauliflower cheese, 3/4 apple and mango rice pudding
Snack - babybel cheese

Today:-
B - multigrain shapes with cows milk
L - cheese on toast, rest of rice pudding, blueberries
T - chicken tikka strips, peas, carrots, baby sweetcorn (thrown!), mixed fruit pot
Snack - packet of raisins
 
Yesterday - not that interested in solids:

B - a few spoons of a prune breakfast pouch, a nibble of some toast and a couple of grapes.
L - small amount of cheezly on toast and a few baked beans (not tried), a slice of cucumber and a banana/ peach fruit pot.
D - potato/ pea and spinach curry with chapatti (a bit of potato and chapatti but not over impressed with it). A couple of tinned apricot halves and a rich tea finger.
 
I haven't posted on here for a wee while because Sophia has had the sickness bug and then a horrible cold so eating has been a bit hit or miss!

She will be 8 months this week and I really think she is getting the gang of eating, she LOVES loaded spoons!

Yesterday:

Breakfast - soya yoghurt and blueberry purée - big mistake! She is CMPI and she hasn't really been affected by soya in breastmilk but she reacted terribly to it, so no more soya milk!

Lunch - rice cakes with mackerel and avocado, satsuma

Dinner - baked potato slices, peach fruit pot

Today:

Breakfast - porridge with peach fruit pot

Lunch - lentil soup (blw cookbook recipe, it was really good because it was so thick to stick to the spoon!), rice cakes

Dinner - banana sandwich and some strawberries!!! (ended up staying longer at a friends house and it was all there was to eat!)
 
Yesterday for Rowan...

Breakfast: Mini shredded wheats soaked in oat milk; banana
Lunch: Veggie sausage and some sweetcorn
Snack: Dried fig
Dinner: Bean and vegetable chilli (sweet potato, courgettes, onions, tomatoes) with a little wholegrain rice; strawberries and Freedom
 
Yesterday:

B - few spoons of a prune/ peach breakfast pouch, some multi grain shapes and an apricot half.
L - parsnip/ chicken and leek puree spread onto a small hm scone, carrot/ tomato rice cake, cucumber. Banana/ peach dessert.
D - hm pizza topped with chopped tomatoes and mashed pilchards, steamed brocolli. Small piece of hm banana loaf (not tried) and 2 apricot halves.
 
Yesterday for my little man

Breakfast: Wheaty biscuit and a few mini shredded wheats soaked in oat milk; strawberries
Lunch: Mashed avocado and banana spread onto white toast, more strawberries
Snack: Squished blueberries
Dinner: Cod fillet, potato wedges and peas; soya yogurt
 
..and today...

Breakfast: Shreddies soaked in oat milk; squished blueberries
Lunch: Hummous on white toast, tomato; banana
Dinner: Ratatouille with a little fresh bread and df spread; hm blackstrap molasses and dried fruit flapjack with df custard
 
Little lady is quite poorly atm and off her solids but yesterday we had:

B - porridge with oatley, toast and melon.
L - crusty bread roll dipped in lentil and veg soup, tomatoes and an apple/ cherry fruit pot.
T - rice cake with a smear of marmite, tomatoes, cucumber, melon and some df custard.

Lunch: Hummous on white toast, avocado and tomato pieces; fruit jelly
Dinner: Kedgeree; small piece of molasses and dried fruit flapjack and a soya yogurt
 
Yesterday's offerings:

B - co-yo mixed berry yoghurt, melon and grapes.
L - sesame bread stick dipped in white bean hummus, carrot/ tomato rice cake, red pepper and tomatoes.
D - chicken risotto, cucumber, nectarine pieces and the rest of the co-yo.

She really is poorly bless her and is only eating tiny amounts atm :nope:

Lunch: Peanut butter on wholemeal toast; a peach
Dinner: Oven baked sweet potato with tinned salmon
