Can I ask, how do you decide what to give? Especially for lunch as breakfasts and dinners seem fairly traditional but lunches seem to be a bit of random combinations from what I've read!!
How do you decide?
And do you really give whatever you are having or do you end up preparing something different? Thanks!

we are only on day 3 and are only offering dinner at the minute. i was feeling bad for starting a little before 6 months, but it seems i'm not the only one, so feel better now.

day 1: banana (thoroughly squished it, but too slippery so didn't manage to get any chunks to his mouth, although did suck his fingers and have a taste)

day 2: cucumber (sucked the life out of it, and really seemed to enjoy it)

day 3: steamed carrot and courgette (had a go, but was really too tired and got grumpy, so had a bath and went to bed instead. hayden, not me! :haha:)

tomorrow i think we will be giving broccoli a try. is it ok to introduce a new thing each day? it sort of just fits in with what we're having.
