Is it ok for me to give her a bit of the roast chicken we had last night? It was pre-seasoned (I felt lazy) and so has salt on it but not sure how much cos I threw away the packaging :dohh:

If I remember reading correctly, salt is ok, but just not huge amounts. I'm sure it was fine :)

I haven't given her any yet, we had it after she went to bed. Was wanting to give her some for lunch.

a little bit now and then won't hurt. esp the amount they actually eat...

She hid most of it in her bib, don't think she liked it :haha:

breakfast - porridge fingers with blueberry spread (hayden loves them with a bit of 100% fruit spread - we use st dalfour - you can either spread it on afterwards, or put a few small blobs on the top when you cook it. seems to work best if you half-cook first, then put the spread on, then finish the cooking time, the spread doesn't get quite so hot then. or i believe adding raisins is also good - hayden has only just started eating them, so haven't tried it yet), an orange, some raisins, and a couple of organix mini gingerbread men. he ate every last bit of that little lot!!!!!

lunch - dairylea sandwich, 2 cherry tomatoes, a couple of cocktail sausages and a small piece of leftover birthday cake.

tea - lamb hotpot with potatoes and peas, and a strawberry yogurt
