Hi ladies

We're about a week into our BLW journey (although I do cheat with a little TW) and wondered if there was any advice out there as to which are the best yoghurts.

They all seem to have so much sugar in them 

Thanks in advance
Jo xx

i have been struggling to find yogurts, too - i was shocked when i checked the ingredients and found sugar was before fruit on the ingredients list. so i have been giving him plain yogurt, and petit filous natural fromage frais, with fruit puree mixed in. he does actually seem to like them plain, too. i am told there are some brands which have no added sugar, but they don't have them in asda where i usually shop. heading to sainsbury's to check theirs out today.
