BLW - what did your LO eat today?

Gonna try them tomorrow I think. Was a bit lazy today and she had a ricecake for breakfast (and OH gave her another one for lunch when I was napping - I really have to give him other ideas of what to feed her!) And had leftovers for dinner - chicken baked in coconut milk, and pork kassler with boiled potato.

B - Banana on toast and half an orange
L - Cheese sticks, kiwi fruit, cucumber and tomato
Snack - Banana custard
D - Apricot chicken with steamed potato and some crackers :)

Tried the porridge fingers today, she seemed to like them! Just did them plain as I don't have any sugar free jam.

Breakfast - scotch pancakes
Lunch - salmon and pea pasta
Dinner - lasagne

Snacks - orange and apple

Breakfast - the aforementioned porridge fingers
Lunch - toast
Dinner - beef stew (which she didn't seem to appreciate til I discovered she had hid a bit in her mouth to chew on when she was in the bath!)

my LO has a huge appetite should i be worried?

No don't worry, some babies will eat tons when BLW but they won't take more than they need. My second eldest would eat sometimes 3 large bowls worth of rice or pasta (adult portions) and still be hungry, he'd also eat 3-4 bananas a day at one point, he went up to the 75th centile (from the 0.4th, due to allergies he had problems putting on weight) but is now on around the 50th-he will be six in a few days xx

Fri -
B - Porridge with SuperJam (100% fruit)
L - Broc, Carrot, sweet potato and chicken
D - Omelette loaded with veg, cheese and a little bacon

Sat
B - Phili on toast, steamed apple slices
L - Cheese loaded Jacket potatos, banana
D - Marmite Pasta

Ooo nice idea, thanks

Keep an eye on the raisins though as I think they can be a choking risk at 7 months. :flower:

100% fruit jam does a good job though to sweeten. There is no sugar as its sweetened with grape juice and preserved with lemon juice.

B- slices of- kiwi, strawberries, banana, apple and grapes.
L- cheese and chive jacket potato, 3 mini cheddars and some cherries.
S- Beef meatballs with a tomato and basil sauce, sweet potato wedges and a humzinger for desert.
