~BnB Biggest Losers~

so much for me not weighing myself lol ive made time....i so cant help it and ive lost another pound...(kerry is getting my daily weigh in ticket via picture message so she can see how im doing too lol) ive lost another 1lb so its now 9lb since mon....1lb to go and ive hit my weeks target but i think im gonna go for 12lb now!!

will prob get weighed mon now as i can never park on a sat by the chemist lol im not tellin sw what ive done and as id gained 7lb so didnt go they will only think ive had a decent loss (hopefully 6lb...but that will be in 2 weeks in their eyes so ill get away with it this week) my loss should slow down next week but this bulge is being beaten slowly but surely...
i would like another 1.5 stone by may 3rd (tommys christenin) 5 weeks....i WILL DO IT

I was wondering what to tell sw if I had a really good week cos Im not following sw diet anymore... but still want to go for the stickers and the fact sometone else weighs you :)

Had 650 calories so far today so still enough room for something later
 
I'll buy some scales this weekend :rofl: I'll probably lose an lb and put on 5 :(

how is everyone getting on today?

i'm having a good day :happydance: after a bad day yesterday i'm back on track!

eaten:
1 ww bagel and light cheese for breakfast
a ww chilli for lunch with a little low fat cheese plus a yummy ww dessert and now just had a ww dessert again, i'm starving waiting for james to come home :hissy:
for dinner we have ww sweet and sour with chicken and noodles! yum!
and i did my dvd again today :wohoo: and we're going swimming tomorrow, so fingers crossed for a good weekend!

only had 13 points so far, so once had dinner hopefully all will be ok :D

Right so as i rushed into it last nit i thought i w ould have one more bad day and enjoy my treats for the last time!!

I went to Boots and weighed myself
So here's the deal,
12st3lb
BMI 24.8

Ideal weight for good BMI is between 9st 1lb to 12st 4lb

so my first goal is goin to be 11st, i need to be realistic! if i lose that then i'l set another target.

I will weigh my self in boots once a week, probably a friday,

I also want to try and reduce my Body Fat but shall only measure that every 4weeks, at the moment it is 30.2%

Excellent is 20.9%
Good is 25.7%
Average is 29%
Poor is 33%

So i started by doing 15sit ups last nite, and will gradual increase that!!
Did at least a mile walking today because of going to toddler group then town, will find out for definate later how far

So i start 2moz, I know that cool trader do WW meals and will get plenty of fruit in x

don't worry toria, i think it takes a time for your body to adjust, and for your mind and your tummy. i find the middle of the afternoon the worse time! maddi will be asleep and i desperately need a distraction :blush: you can do it honey! x x
 
Well I can't eat when she sleeps because she's on my boob!

i actually let maddi sleep on me yesterday afternoon, she normally goes in her cot for naps, so i wouldn't be tempted! and i very much enjoyed the cuddle :cloud9:

i no what you mean, we're so busy with LO's that it is hard to pick healthy options, the quick and easy option always seem to be the bad option, but tastes soooooo good :rofl:

i would thinking about making so frozen fruit lollies the other day when i make maddi's fruit, or i make up a fruit smoothie one day and it last's me two days, i just add tinned fruit milk and ice. also ww do some great micro meals for a quick fix x
 
Carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, rice cakes, pepper slices, grapes...

can i jon please i started my diet last week after having my lil girl 5 week ago.im doin weightcare diet.i had a really abd 1st week bjust couldnt get in 2 it after sp long of eating what i wanted when i wanted but still lost 2 pounds.this week im a lot more foucused and positive this week and ive been extremel good so far i get weighed every wendsday would rather not say how much i weigh at this stage way 2 much though:cry: but i have 5stone 7 Ib to lose
