:wohoo: Ive lost another .8 lbs this week. Im at 63.8 lbs total!!!!! not much more to go now :wohoo:

i've had such a crap day today, dreading weighing tomorrow morning :cry:
 
Ive had 650 kcal so far today!

And walked LOADS... prob bout 6 miles! :)

Had a comment today :yipee: and the last time I saw her was just over a month ago... so the scales arnt saying dramatic but I look it :)
PLUS the last time she saw me I was all dolled up and today I looked a mess :rofl:

Right ladies i'm joining,
I have a crap diet...and am first to admit it!!:blush:

I have no idea of my weight, will got to boots 2moz and use the machine, unfortuantly at the moment i don't have the money to do weightwatchers or anything.

All i know is 2nite i tried on a pair of denim shorts that i bought a week after paige was born,(a size to small) they were a incentive to get into by summer last year, I did manage to squeeze myself into them and can now, but i have the classic apron belly that definatly needs toning and my fat on my hips overhangs, not a pretty site,

So i am banning chocalate first off , because i eat far too much, i had 6 creame eggs in less then a hour yesterday, then its a case of just eating properly healthy meals and abit more exercise.

For exercise i am going to try and walk each day, and sit ups, but i'm stuck of other stuff to do because i have the kids all day?? Any ideas?

So am i ok to join?x

i started by using the machine at boots, its a great way of getting an accurate reading!!
So I guess you have no idea of how much you want to lose??

Walking is great, and sit ups too...!!
Leg raises are good... and seated chair... I have loads of excercises that you can do from home :):)

YUM I COULD SO EAT A CREME EGG NOW :hissy:
 
well....i was naughty and i weighed myself, i have lost another lb...since mon ive lost 8lb now so feeling good, i had shreddies at about 11 a handful of grapes about 4ish and a few spoons of mash potato about 7 nothin else..still feel ok not ill, just a tad tired this evening but i have been up the stables with maddy and tommy for 3 hours so all the fresh air has knocked me out lol
I wont be able to weigh myself tomorrow as when i finish work il go get mads and then take her to her dads, i will be able to weigh in sat and im hoping for another 2lb i said i was hoping for 10lb this week so im on target!! I have 3lb to go and im at my lighest ive been for years...i will shift these blighters lol

kerry your doing really well...keep it up together with support wel do this...imagine the front page wieght loss!!! alyx..how you gettin on?

Ive had 1000 kcal now.... and I know its low but I need to try and discipline myself..!!
I am hungry though so not sure if I can last till bed time... I might have some cereal or something!!

My highest weight was 400. My lowest after kicking my own ass into gear was 115. I am now back up to 130. So would that mean 270 or 285?

I swear I'm not kidding.

The wrong way after the first 100, during which time I tried every diet under the sun. I cut my calories to less than 500 per day and went to the track every night from 10 until midnight and took about ten ballet classes per week. I lost 185 pounds in 18 months. Being 115 was definitely too thin, so I got back up to 130. What I've done to keep it off though is a lot of salad and diet soda and using Splenda instead of sugar. We drink so many calories!! I'd rather eath my calories than drink them.

Im still stuck at 13 stone 6...BUT seeing as i started at 15 stone 6..im quite happy.
28 LBS DOWN!! :happydance:

I brought a davina work out dvd and the kids used to do it with me...well they would try :lol: bless them, they loved it!!
And also, just dancing around the living room like a nutcase works just as well.

wow!! all thouse pounds lost....well this week has been a total right off for me as ya no bubs is in hosp and the only thing ya able to really get ya hands on is out of a vendin machine....im just really hoping i havent put on....i dont mind if i havent lost at all jus preyin i not put on.....so kerry hows it going on slimfast and suz do u mean youve lost another 8lb in one week!!! gosh how!!! lol i need to really start the whole excersize thing but how do ya do it wen ya soooo lazy aint got time n jus have no enthusiasm too lol. wen does your body completly get used to bein on weighttwatchers any1 know.....hopin to go home today and guna have a strict weekend xx

Gosh 500.... how did u get them so long... I was hungry on 1150 yesterday!!

Because I have always been a very conscious person of my weight and everything I have never drank calories... like you I look at them as a waste!! my mum has brought me up like that I suppose, diet drinks and I dont take sugar in my tea! I was less careful when I was pregnant which is why I think its unfair that I changed my diet dramatically after having courtney and I havent had a quick enough change!

Didnt have any shakes yesterday i just went without... gonna have one today though!! I went to be having 1150 kcal so still pleased with that!
Suz los 0.8 of a lb this week.. its a different system overseas to us... (Ive got that right yeh Suz?)
You body never gets "used" to be on ww... but thats why its important to lower to your points as you weigh less...! ww is more about calorie counting. therefore your limiting your intake!
A strict weekend??? :shock: whats one of those?? :rofl:

see im allowed like 26 points each day and i always never end up having the last 3 maybe 4 sometimes so by me lowering a point which i need t do now its not guna notivcs it is it cus i dont use it n e way that make sence? was thinkin if i have 20 a day over weekend then i may not put anything on....so dont wana take 2 steps bak man x
 
alot of ppl say as well that you need to make sure you eat enough :shrug:
