I weighed some cheese and had two crackers so that was 200 kcal...

so had a total of 1400kcal... :) I suppose your right and that is still good!
Tomorrow will be better cos I can have a proper dinner rather than 3 smaller snacks..!

Im either meeting a friend.. so walking will be concerned or Ill be home alone :( I find it easier not to eat when Im not at work cos I dont get so bored... and courtney takes priority!!

I spose I could do my dvd too :blush: Will have to move the big jumperoo in my way though :rofl:

My highest weight was 400. My lowest after kicking my own ass into gear was 115. I am now back up to 130. So would that mean 270 or 285?

I swear I'm not kidding.

Urgh, I'm off work today, the temptation to sit and eat crap all day is overwhelming :(
 
OMG everyone were all doing so well...i need to get my ass into gear re exercise but i struggle with my leg...i can do a bit of swimming though, tuesdays is maddys lesson and i swim whilst shes learning...i managed 20 lengths last tue but its time of the month so couldnt tue just gone.....i have to stop my self getting weighed tonight i want to wait til tomorrow..how nice would 4lb be....maybe ay....

alyx that dress rocks man youll look ace...you still doin cambridge? im pretty sure you wouldnt be able to take the tablets im on as you have a thyroid problem, im not 100% though, ill ask the doc next week for you...

yesterday i had a banana at about 10, a few soya bites at about 4 and a bacom omolette at 6 wasnt hungry at all but as i had only had a bowl of shreddies and 2 bananas since mon i made myself....naughty i no and not the right way to do it but if it works....who gives

Ive just woken up and my stomach cant face a shake.... this is the problem I had on CD... I just cant get to grips with a shake for breakfast :shrug: On CD I went without :blush: but beings Im not being that hardcore I may just have a bowl of cereal which is less calroies anyway and try and go until midday with NOWT!!

I read that you cant with a thyroid problem as well hayley, quite alot of them out there say you cant, same as my bloody blood pressure :(
 
oh kerry poor you. i woke up straving, had one slice of toast and a low fat peanut butter, hoping that will keep the hunger at bay!
 
I can't stomach shakes for breakfast either, ick ick ick, there's porridge to have with CD now though, my mum's doing CD at the mo and I tried a bit, it's not too bad actually!


I was going to have some toast with vegemite, but then I saw the jam and it all went downhill from there :( whoops
 
Im not a lover of porridge either...

Ive had 2 plums and been distracted with bnb and planning my day so I think Ill be ok!! I need to do this!!

Walking lots today as well... gonna remember my darn pedometre today and Ill report back :):)

Eat more tomorrow babe, even if its only snacking on fruit, i'm messing up in the daytime this week; having my breakfast too late then not feeling like lunch then craving crap :dohh: I'm letting my blood sugar drop and so are you. We've got to eat something healthy at that point :) all very good in theory eh? :lol:

I'm due-on this week :hissy: so this will not only be the week I crave all things sugar/chocolate but I'll retain more water :dohh: there'll be no 4.5lb loss for me next week so I'm aiming for 1.5-2lb...fingers x'd!

Let us know bigbelly ( I hate calling you that :lol: seems so mean ) how you get on with your tabs, 7lb so far is bloody fantastic :)

I know....I fell in love with that dress....I am so going to get into it and will put a pic up when I do....

Well done you!! So strange how we have different weights to you guys... we work in pounds and a half pounds!! My scales at home does 1/4 of a pound!
