ive had 20 syns today :blush: but no healthy extra bs.... im actually pretty proud of myself cos I was so ready to get chinese but settled for pasta instead :) which is free...

yeh I dunno whats wrong with me atm....!

Im normally so into it... but i think sometimes I expect too much of myself, so after my jacket pot I had 20 syns,, :blush: so was thinking well bloody blown it now so may aswell eat more shit and me and OH are both off tomorrow so was thinking I could go and pig out tomorrow too!!

But really when I rationally think about it.... yeah ive had 20 syns... only 5 over... and I havent had any healthy extra bs and they are worth 12 syns.... :shrug:

still not going tomorrow though :rofl:
 
me thinks u should....i personally reckon it will give u the kick up the bum u need.
i no it wil be gutting if uve put on but at least it wil make u want to loose it. and hey knowing u yav pobably lost any way lol xx
 
WEIGH DAY soooooo ive lost 4lbs yup 4lbs wooooooopp woooo makes up for me putting that nasty 1lb on last week.

also went to newlook yesterday and fitted in their size 18 jeans..and bought a pair of size 18 from next....only thing is all my old trousers r size 22 n i have literally 1 pair of cropped jeans that fit me and 1 normal pair that kind of do but i dunt like them....all my tops r getting baggy which yer i like!!...but i stil have no dam clothes lol....i dunt wana keep buying them as im just wasteing them but its annoyin me going out dressed as a tent all the time xx
 
Well done Babezone that is fantastic! Im worried about my weigh in tonight! I did notice yesterday that some of my jeans are getting a bit baggy x

Ive decided I am going to go tonight cos not going last week did me now favours at all... Im due on today so im not expecting miracles anything less than 5lbs Ill be ok with... man im scared :(
 
Well last week I gained 5lb but I was only 4lb above my start weight, today I am only 2lb above my start weight so I have lost 2lb since yesterday :yipee: xxxx
 
go kerry!!....proud of u for wanting to go hun....dont worry about it to much i dnt even think ul put on and if u do wont b no more then 1 or 2lbs me thinks....u always have a wy of suprising yaself lol...youll hve to let us no how u get on with the grenade when u going to start them? xx
 
thing is even if it is that u can guarentee at least 3lb is due to af....im reckoning u have a massive weightloss next week. im guna bet 8/9lbs.....lol n ther wil b my measly 1.5lbs if im lucky haha x
 
Everybodys doing so great!

Iv had a right shite week, my oven and grill blew on Sat night and im still waiting on my replacement so have had 2 takeaways and I dont know how many bottles of wine :dohh: and my cars in the garage, OH is on a course this week so needs his car so I cant even go shopping. I tried the online shopping but the store closest to us is small and doesnt have much. And to top all that off my hot water isnt working :hissy: Im going to go mad at these workmen when they eventually turn up!:hissy:

I feel so rubbish and dissapointed in myself:cry: Im going to the gym tonight though, I just hope I manage to stay the same and not put on. I'll shut up now LOL x
