drastic measure have resulted in good results though...since mon i have lost 5lb! (i did the cambridge but couldnt stick with it for more than a week so i have gone back onto my tablets, another lady mentioned shed used them before on here, phentermine...) you basically have no appetite and dont want to eat...similar to cambridge...i am going to do this for a week with very little food and then next week im using their meal replacement bars and foods..they have choc bars that are LUSH...and CRISPS!!! they are just soya though so are full of fibre! Its tommys christenin may 3rd so i have 6 weeks, my aim is to loose 1.5 - 2 stone by then...i only have 6lb to loose and im the lightest ive been in 4 years!!! still massive though and a size 22 border 20 in tops so bring on the weight loss as im going to try and choose an outfit in 3 weeks lol

Ok, you are on with the race! But, I was naughty today...I need to get motivated as I am leaving for Florida on 5 May!!! But, I am still big. how's eveyone's food day been? had a good day today! doing ww, in week no 2, can have 28 points (have lots to lose :() only had 21.5 today, looking forward to shifting this disgusting flab! weigh in on friday, so might actually post some loss! x

kerry what have you ate? Eat more tomorrow babe, even if its only snacking on fruit, i'm messing up in the daytime this week; having my breakfast too late then not feeling like lunch then craving crap :dohh: I'm letting my blood sugar drop and so are you. We've got to eat something healthy at that point :) all very good in theory eh? :lol:

I'm due-on this week :hissy: so this will not only be the week I crave all things sugar/chocolate but I'll retain more water :dohh: there'll be no 4.5lb loss for me next week so I'm aiming for 1.5-2lb...fingers x'd!

Let us know bigbelly ( I hate calling you that :lol: seems so mean ) how you get on with your tabs, 7lb so far is bloody fantastic :)

well today has gone...

8am- slimfast shake - 200 kcal (walked to hospital and back bout 1.5 miles)
11am- 1 plum and 1 apple - 100 kcal
12am- slimfast shake (well tescos version) 200 kcal
3pm- slimfast bar- 99 kcal
4pm - ham sandwich 300kcal
(tried to wait till 5 but wasnt happening)
8pm- 1 scrambled egg on 1 toast- 200kcal
9pm- about 4 plums :blush: 100 kcal

Its hard when I do a 12-8 shift cos we have our break at 3pm... I will be going to bed hungry tonight.. and I have had 1200kcal!!
Im not working tomorrow or fri so think it will be easier...!! Although friday night looks like I have a girly night with films and munchies (Ill have to ignore the munchies :cry:)

I hate the bloody period.. always messes things up :rofl:

kerry you've done great! and walking too is fab!

we've been shopping all day today so was out and about so took my mind of it, i've had -

breakfast - 9am - ready brek - 5 table spoons plus semi skimmed mikl
lunch - 12 noon - jacket potato with cottage cheese and diet coke
dinner - 7pm - fajita's (4 :blush:) with chicken and loads of veggies
snack - 8pm - 2 light choco mousse - shouldn't have but so yum!
 
oh kerry poor poor you :hugs: could you have a fruit smoothie - like raspberries and milk, that always helps me x
 
Kerry you have done really really well today, I don't know how you think you haven't! 1200 is so low, you know you're allowed at least over 1500, it mightn't be the slimfast plan but you're still well within cals even if you do eat more :) Plus you've walked today :yipee: Quit being so hard on yourself :hugs:
 
couldn't agree more mamafy! you are much too hard on your self honey! you've lost sooooooooo much already! and doing amazingly! i wish i could have lost as much as you! x
 
Ok my food diary today:

9.30am 2 nimble toast with a light cheese triangle

12.30pm Porridge & banana

3pm 2 creme eggs & some chocolates ( I threw out the rest of the box)

6pm Wholemeal pittas with lettuce, tomato, & chicken & extra light mayo

9pm 2 apples

1 3/4 litres of water, some diet coke, and some decaf tea with skimmed milk

Done 5 miles on the treadmill
