Im trying to loss 3.5lb this week that will make me and stone and a half done by the christening and half way through my weight loss!

I had my LO 10 days ago and I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 14st 1lb :blush: so all I need to loose now is what I already had before I got preg.

No plan just healthy eating and getting out n about walking (I am breast feeding but won't count this as weight loss as I'm not sure if it due to BF I've lost the baby weight so quickly)

ive had a semi ok weekend... stuck to vege burgers and both my bbqs and chicken.... I had a slab of chocolate cake though :dohh:

Looking for another 1lb this week... sometimes I think if I go for to much I put on cos i get disheartened by a bad week... need to stay consistent :)

hey girls sorry i havent been on here in a few days. Well monday was my weigh day and i put on 1lb :hissy::hissy: I was really good though so Im blaming :witch: I am having a really bad day today. Its my daughter Rachel's 10th birthday so I had sweets and pizza and garlic bread and birthday cake :blush: Im really upset though cos she is going away on holidays with her father for 8 days :cry::cry: he collected her at half 5 this evening. I have never been away from her for that long :cry::cry: I just want to :cry::cry: I miss her so much already :cry: and i want more birthday cake :hissy:

Aww hun first of all don't worry too much about a 1lb gain I am going up and down every week but the general trend is downwards so is probably :witch: like u said.

Secondly :hugs: I'm sure she'll be absoluetly fine - is he going to keep u updated about how she is etc... Come on Bnb and keep your mind off it :) x x
 
Hello ladies just to let you know i lost 3lbs on my first weigh in hehehe but i have just found out my scales are 10-12lbs heavier than i am (long story) so theres me thinking i was more of a heffa than i actually was hahaha so really happy xx well done on everyones weightlosses x
 
Haven't been tracking my weight now for about three weeks, and also haven't been watching my food at all. Still, only gained .5 of a pound so thats ok. Bit gutted I fell off the straight and narrow though!

I've bought some supplements to go along with my workouts.

For those of you that supplement (ie grenades) whats your workout routine?
 
i dont really use them anymore... I always forget :rofl: might use them this weekend though as Im going away dont want to be tooo tempted!!
